After a 7 year absence, iNFeCTeD reunited in 2003 to record the song 'straightwhitegod', the last song that they wrote together before disbanding, and play some live reunion shows. The other tracks that make up this EP come from the 'TRiAL' demo cassette they recorded in 1996 in an attempt to secure a new record deal, as their two album contract with Shock Records had been fulfilled and was not renewed due to Thrust subsidiary being shut down. The 'Second Coming Remix' version of 'straightwhitegod' was created by Schvendes / Thesaurus Rex drummer Greg Hosking, a friend and fan of the band.
